1. Service Delivery

BrightGrowUs delivers digital marketing services according to the scope agreed with each client. Services may include Meta Ads management, Google Ads, creative production, landing-page optimisation, tracking, analytics, CRO and related marketing support.

2. Onboarding

After confirmation of an engagement, BrightGrowUs may collect business information, assets, access permissions and requirements needed to begin the agreed work.

3. Campaign Setup

Campaign setup may include account review, campaign structure, audience planning, tracking configuration, creative coordination, budget planning and launch preparation.

4. Ongoing Optimisation

Ongoing work may include reviewing performance data, testing creatives and audiences, adjusting budgets, improving conversion paths and scaling campaigns where appropriate.

5. Total Marketing Service & Guaranteed ROAS

Where the Total Marketing Service includes a written Guaranteed ROAS target, the agreed target, measurement period and eligibility conditions will be documented in the service agreement.

6. Client Dependencies

Delays in access, assets, approvals, product availability, website changes, fulfilment or other required inputs can affect delivery and performance. Material dependencies should be communicated promptly.

7. Reporting

Where included, performance reports or updates may be provided at the agreed frequency. Metrics can depend on advertising platforms and analytics systems.

8. Third-Party Dependencies

Service delivery may depend on Meta, Google, hosting providers, analytics tools, website platforms and other third parties. BrightGrowUs cannot control their outages, review processes, policy changes or technical limitations.
